Where Will My Order Be Shipped From?

Orders are shipped USPS First Class from my studio in Federal Way, WA 98023. Occasionally while I am visiting family, orders ship from Springfield, OR 97478.

How Long Before My Order Ships?

It takes approximately 3-5 business days to prepare orders to ship (aka processing time). The processing time is an estimate as my chronic illnesses can be unpredictable. All orders ship ASAP in the order they are received.

How Long Will It Take to Get My Order?

The USPS First Class estimated shipping times below do not include processing time:

United States: 2-5 business days
International: 7-21 business days (USPS does not guarantee international delivery times)

If your order does not arrive within the time above, please allow an additional 2 weeks for your order to arrive. In my experience, the majority of delayed orders arrive within that timeframe. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee these shipping times as I do not have control over USPS.

What About International Customs and Import Taxes?

You are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. LuvCherie Jewelry is not responsible for shipping delays due to customs.

What Payment Types Do You Accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner's Club, Apple Pay, Shopify Pay, and Paypal are accepted.

How Do I Make a Return or Exchange?

To make a return or exchange:
1. Contact me within 3 days of delivery
2. Ship items back within 7 days of delivery

Unless they arrive damaged or defective, I do not accept returns for: 

* Custom or personalized orders
* Items on sale

You are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.

How Do I Cancel My Order?

Order cancellations must be received within 1 hour of purchase. To cancel your order, contact me.

What If I Have a Question About My Order?

How Do I Take Care of My Jewelry?

Do not use silver/gold polish on plated metal jewelry, it will remove the plating. Sterling silver polish is safe for sterling silver components, but do not use it on any crystals, beads, etc. in your jewelry as it may cause damage. Do not wear delicate or wood jewelry in the shower. Wearing your jewelry in the shower will shorten its lifespan.

What If I Have Allergies?

Hypoallergenic earring hooks are available. The earring hooks will be niobium, sterling silver, or 14k gold-filled depending on the piece. If you need a different material or have any questions, please contact me prior to placing your order.

Please note that our dog does spend time in the studio.

Do You Do Custom Orders?

Yes, I do custom orders that are minor changes to a piece of jewelry. Some possible examples are:

* Screwbacks instead of hooks for unpierced ears

* Leverbacks instead of hooks to keep earrings from slipping out (good for nurses/etc)

* A single earring from a currently offered pair of earrings

* A mismatched pair of earrings created from two currently offered pairs of earrings

* Adding additional currently offered charms to a necklace/etc

* Turning a necklace into a bracelet or anklet

* Pendants without the chain/cord

Whether the examples above are possible depends on the piece(s) of jewelry. Please contact me to see if your custom order request is possible.
