Orders are shipped USPS First Class from my studio in Federal Way, WA.

It takes approximately 1-5 business days to prepare orders to ship (aka processing time). The processing time is an estimate as my chronic illnesses can be unpredictable.

The USPS First Class estimated shipping times below do not include processing time:

United States: 2-5 business days
International: 7-21 business days (USPS does not guarantee international delivery times)

To make a return or exchange:
1. Contact me within 3 days of delivery
2. Ship items back within 7 days of delivery

Unless they arrive damaged or defective, I do not accept returns for: 

* Custom or personalized orders
* Items on sale

You are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.
